The Master of Laws Program has an international reputation in producing graduates and advancing science, technology and art to face the dynamics of changes in business law at the national and international levels. 

Mission

The Master of Laws Program contributes to improving social welfare through education, research, community service, and increasing international cooperation. 

Objective

  • Education Implementation, meaning PS MH aims to provide quality education for students interested in law. Through a comprehensive curriculum, students are given an in-depth understanding of legal theory, legislation, the judicial system, and legal practice. In addition, they are also given practical skills such as legal research, case analysis, legal writing, and communication skills needed to become competent legal professionals. 
  • Research, meaning PS MH is committed to conducting relevant and innovative research in law. This research aims to broaden the understanding of law, identify important legal issues, and find effective solutions or problem solving. Research can be conducted in various sub-fields of law such as criminal law, civil law, international law, business law, and so on. The results of this research are expected to provide a positive contribution to the development of legal science and society. 
  • Community Service, meaning that as part of its scientific mission, PS MH is also committed to contributing directly to improving social welfare. This is done through community service. PS MH students can be involved in activities such as providing legal aid to people in need, legal training for marginalized groups, human rights advocacy, and various other activities aimed at improving access to justice and improving social conditions. 
  • International Cooperation, meaning that the scientific mission of PS MH also includes establishing international cooperation. Through collaboration with universities, institutions, and other international organizations, PS MH can broaden the horizons of students and lecturers and promote a better understanding of comparative law and global legal issues. This international cooperation can include student exchanges, joint study programs, international seminars, collaborative research, and various other activities involving institutions and legal experts from various countries.
