Objective

The objective of the Tourism Study Program is to produce tourism professional graduates with broad competencies, especially in MICE, restaurant, and hotel management. Graduates are expected to have a deep understanding in planning, implementing, and evaluating MICE events, as well as restaurant and hotel management skills, including service management, menu selection, staff management, and marketing strategies. The program also provides insight into the tourism industry as a whole, covering trends, challenges, and opportunities in MICE, restaurant, and hotel management. With a focus on developing leadership skills, teamwork, ethics, sustainability, and technological mastery, graduates are ready to take on roles as MICE, restaurant, or hotel managers. The program provides a solid foundation for career advancement and entrepreneurial opportunities, especially in the context of MICE, restaurant, and hotel management.
