On June 10th 2024 the BIPA/Indonesian Language Learning Preparation for UIB International Students from Thailand 2024 event unfolded with enthusiasm and anticipation. Duke, serving as the Master of Ceremony (MC), extended a warm welcome to all attendees, marking the beginning of an exciting exploration into Indonesian culture and language.
The program commenced with opening remarks by the Head of International Relation Office Ms.Theodesia Lady Pratiwi, followed by an overview of the event’s objectives and structure by the Head of English Language Center, Sir Hendra Nugraha, Ss, M.Hum. Following Ms. Theo’s remarks, Sir Hendra Nugraha, Ss, M.Hum, Head of the English Language Center, provided a detailed overview of the program’s objectives and structure. Participants were given a glimpse into the exciting opportunities that lay ahead in their language learning journey.
An interactive session of Questions and Answers was scheduled to encourage engagement, culminating in a collective photograph session before the commencement of the day’s first class.
Before concluding the opening session, Duke invited all participants to turn on their cameras for a group photograph, symbolizing unity and camaraderie as they embarked on their learning journey together.
