The event was attended by two faculty advisors, Leil Badrah Zaki, S.Pd., M.Pd., and Pandu Prasodjo, S.Pd., M.Pd., who played a vital role in guiding the students throughout the program. The gathering featured a touching sermon (kultum) delivered by Ustadz KH. Faqih Muhammad Makshum, who emphasized the importance of sincerity in giving and the power of unity in strengthening faith during Ramadan. Leil Badrah Zaki also served as the person in charge, ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of the event.

Chisha Intania Umaira, as the head of the organizing committee, led the event with passion and dedication. The program began with an opening speech from the organizing team and faculty advisors, followed by a short sermon by Ustadz KH. Faqih Muhammad Makshum, which provided spiritual nourishment and motivation for all attendees. The children of the orphanage were then engaged in a series of interactive and educational games, bringing smiles and laughter as they waited for the time to break their fast.

As the call to Maghrib prayer approached, everyone gathered for a shared iftar meal, symbolizing unity and gratitude. The participants then performed the Maghrib prayer in congregation at the nearby mosque, further enhancing the spiritual essence of the gathering. The event concluded with the distribution of gifts and donations collected from students and the local community, followed by a documentation session and group photos to capture the precious moments shared.
