It is my pleasure to welcome you to the official website of the Faculty of Education (Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan – FIP) at Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB).

Established in 2016, the Faculty of Education is a young and dynamic faculty dedicated to preparing future educators and professionals who are globally competent, socially responsible, and committed to excellence. Since its founding, FIP has continuously strived to be a center of innovation and academic integrity in the field of education.

We currently offer one undergraduate program: S1 Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris (English Language Education), which proudly earned an accreditation rating of “Baik Sekali” (Very Good) in 2024. This accreditation was granted by the Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Kependidikan (LAMDIK), a nationally recognized accreditation agency officially appointed by the Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT). This recognition highlights the strength of our academic quality, institutional governance, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Our vision is clear and future-oriented:

Guided by this vision, the Dean of the Faculty is fully committed to implementing all management functions in alignment with UIB’s core values.
